THEMES IN VARIOUS EVENTS:- Youth Festival, this two words makes everyone heart flattered and exited. As it's name in Youth Festival all the participants are from a particular college of their University. Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University organized Youth Festival from so many years to support the talent which is emanating from the Youth. This year's (2023) Youth Festival was organized by the Department of Physical Education. This is the 31st Youth Festival with the theme of 'Nari Vandana' and full title with 'Man Bhavan Yuva Mahotsav'.
Let us discuss the themes and other things of Youth Festival. Events related to theater cannot be conclude in given themes, but by our observation we have to catch themes or topics of Kalayatra, Essay competition, on the spot painting competition, paper collage competition, poetry writing competition, Elocution Competition, photography competition, clay modeling competition, cartooning competition, poster making competition and Installation Competition, etc.

KALAYATRA:-

Kalayatra is a perfect event as a starting of a Youth Festival which is full of Colorful Clothes, Various Ideas, Hard Work, etc. In this year of Kalayatra most of the college represented the idea of Chandrayan from different perspectives and one of the colleges came up with the idea of 'Navdurga', and picked up the costumes of politicians. If I talk about our Theme it is based on Traditional Vs Modernity with Oppression to Freedom. Theme of Kalayatra isn't given by them but we have to present it with unique thoughts, thinking and ways of representing.

MY EXPERIENCE OF 5 DAY WORKSHOP FOR YOUTH FESTIVAL 2023:-

Workshop, Practice and Training are the most important words which can't be learnt only by theory. We have to cherish the physical and mental involvement in it. Just like that, for helping our performance in different fields Maharaja KrishnaKumarSinhji Bhavnagar University, Gujarat arranged the Workshop for upcoming Youth Festival 2023 to encourage students of the University. There are so many workshops - નૃત્ય વિભાગ, લલિત કલા વિભાગ, સાહિત્ય વિભાગ, રંગમંચ વિભાગ અને સાંગીતિક - arranged at the same time at various departments and places from 23/08/2023 to 27/08/2023. I took part in the Theatre Section which has two great instructors, one is Gagan Shrivastava Sir and second is Mohit Thadhani Sir. They both are experienced and very well skilled in their field which provides students a better and deeper understanding of their questions and doubts. It is 3rd day today for this workshop and half a day we got to see other performances from લલિત કલા વિભાગ like ગરબા, ટિપ્પણી, હુડો and દાંડીયા. We all enjoyed this break from our session for a bit and watched beautiful performances by them. I am really happy that I came for this workshop and met so many amazing people as well as skilled instructors. Thank You so much to both of the instructors, to the arrangers, to my fellow friends, to Bhatt Priyank for this group photo and to everyone who helped us to make this possible.

I would like to thank these four people from the depths of my heart who taught us in these five days how important not only Acting is but also the beginning and basics of it.

SELECTION IN YOUTH FESTIVAL 2023 FOR INSTALLATION:-
To do something creative is not as easy as it seems. For an Installation competition a competitor needs a very creative mind. From our class including me there are 5 people who want to go in this competition but there are only 4 rules so one has to quit. This is one of the reasons for which we have to go through the process of selection. Frankly speaking, I am not more into this creativity, I just want to participate because we are going there as a team. In the end, I was the one who wasn't selected in this. But unfortunately, because of some Youth Festival rules, technically one of the four people can participate in it. I was chosen as the fourth member as the participant in the competition of Installation. But I enjoyed it a lot these days and here is a glimpse of it.

KALAYATRA PREPRATION:-
Excitement, enjoyment, happiness, learning - these are the words from which we can assume that the preparation can be enjoyable with the whole team. First of all I would like to thank all of them who helped us with the preparation for the Kalayatra without recognizing the day and night. Here is the Glimpse of our preparation for it.

MY EXPERIENCE OF MONO ACTING AND INSTALLATION IN YOUTH FESTIVAL 2023:-
I was scared at first to perform in front of everyone but the support from my friends, my juniors, my classmates, and my teachers is like a spine for me. Till the end, after performing my Mono Acting I was still nervous but with this nervousness I was happy. I am right now but they also supported me and congratulated me for doing my best. After the three days of practice, I was ready to withdraw my name but my friends and teachers proved to be the backbone for me. I heartily thank you all for this beautiful and unforgettable experience. I am, was and will be grateful to Apla Ma'am for giving me her precious time and helping me to get ready to climb the stairs and go on stage.
For Installation, I already said that I am not a creative person, I participated in the installation only for one reason, actually two. One is to work as a team and second of course for a certificate. Thank You to these three members (Drashti Joshi, Bhavyata Kukadiya and Rajeshvariba Rana) of the Installation group for making this experience beautiful and marvelous.
